Questions factories ask us.
There's no subscription and no listing fee. We deduct a 6% commission from your payout only when an order completes. Nothing upfront, nothing if you don't sell.
Buyer funds sit in the SourcingPick Wise escrow account from the moment they wire. On confirmed, conforming delivery, your net amount (order value minus the 6%) is sent to your bank account in 1–3 business days.
Wise hosts the platform-side escrow account and executes payouts to your bank. You enter your bank details once (IBAN, SWIFT, or Chinese local account) and every payout arrives there automatically at the mid-market rate.
Marketplace: your ready-to-ship products, bought in one click. Custom orders: tender-and-quote work negotiated by an agent against a buyer spec. Sourcing: a dedicated agent searches suppliers for the buyer, paid via a research fee. Auctions (coming soon): sell large batches or clearance stock to the highest bidder.
Buyer picks your product → wires the deposit to the SourcingPick Wise account (escrow) → you receive the order, run QC, upload QC photos, ship with a tracking number → on confirmed delivery your net payout is released.
An agent invites you to quote against a brief. If the buyer accepts your quote, an order is created with a 30–50% deposit (matching what you proposed in the quote), then the balance on delivery. The escrow flow is identical.
Funds stay in the Wise escrow. SourcingPick acts as the mediator — we review your QC photos, shipment proofs, and the full messaging thread. For a confirmed product defect, we negotiate a partial refund and the platform absorbs part of the cost alongside you. For custom orders that don't meet spec, a larger refund may apply. You're not on your own.
Every sourcing request is reviewed and qualified by a SourcingPick agent before any factory is invited. Marketplace buyers wire through Wise escrow like everyone else — you're never exposed to non-payment.
Not mandatory, but buyers can filter on them — listing your real certifications (GOTS, OEKO-TEX, FSC, CE…) gets you in front of more serious orders.
